Monday, October 16th, 2017.
In the scope of 2017 Science Days, on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, student research projects were presented on the premises of Youth Center in Podgorica, . Manifestation were organized and led by Millica Vušurović from the Institute for Education and Branka Žižić from the Ministry of Science.

Among the several projects presented in this manifestation, was the research of Bojana Sterniša, a 5th year student at the Faculty of Polytechnics, performed under the mentorship of prof. dr. Sanja Ivanovic.

The topic of the research project was to examine the change in mechanical properties of elements from biodegradable PLA materials printed on the 3D Printer.

For the purpose of this investigation, the samples were printed in the ProDe Laboratory using FDM Printer. Printing was followed by testing of mechanical characteristics on Shimadz EZ Tester, with the goal to determine the changes in the mechanical characteristics of the samples under the influence of variations in external temperature and humidity conditions.

The requested format of presentation for this manifestation was a video. Prode research video is available at http://www.prode.me/articles/read/65

Video illustrates the process and the course of the research in a dynamic and illustrative manner. The selection of projects for this presentation was performed by a panel composed of representatives of the Ministry of Science, Ministry of Education, Institute for Education and NGO OMSA.
